Kids on wheels ­ bikes, blades and boards ­ were all over the playground at Weller Elementary on Saturday, June 3, 2000. Lots of community groups had booths set up for refreshments, games and crafts. Here's who I caught on my digital camera.

Mayor Henry Manayan announced opening of Van's Skate Park in the Great Mall Thursday, June 22, 2000, at 4 p.m. You all are invited to attend.
