Home School Forms
Lakeville Area Public Schools provides many forms for homeschoolers in their district, such as a sample report card, instruction report , etc.

Minnesota Compulsory Instruction Report or
Minnesota Statutes 120A.22­120A.26, 121A.15 require the person in charge of providing instruction to a child to submit the information collected in this report to the superintendent of the district in which the student resides.

Minnesota Post-secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) Program
If you are a Minnesota high school junior or senior, this is an opportunity for you to take college courses while you are in high school. Homeschoolers encouraged.

Currently, the MSHSL sponsors 27 athletic and 5 arts programs at the varsity, junior varsity, sophomore or "B" squad levels.

Drivers Ed - Minnesota
Full-time homeschoolers are permitted to use the guide in order to fulfill the classroom portion of the driver education requirements set by Department of Public Safety. (Note that this requirement is for minors under the age of 18.)
