The Children's Museum of Maine

Herring Gut Learning Center
A non-profit marine education and resource center located in the small fishing village of Port Clyde, Maine. We teach marine science, aquaculture, geology, and coastal ecology to students of all ages through a variety of hands-on school-based, community outreach and summer camp programs.

Maine Maritime Museum
From watercraft and lobstering, to shipbuilding and sea trade, you'll hear stories about dangerous voyages to distant lands, see how a shipbuilder's family lived in the 1890s, smell the sawdust from historic ship timbers, and discover the wonders and mysteries of Maine's maritime culture.

Pine Tree State Arboretum

Southworth Planetarium
Educational and entertaining shows for adults and children.
