Janet Fouts Offers Expert ways for Caregivers to Keep Healthy

Westmont of Milpitas is proud to host author Janet Fouts as she discusses her book When Life Hits the Fan, on Wednesday, March 12 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas, 901 E. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas CA 95035. Fouts, a mindfulness and emotional intelligence coach, shares the experiences of caregivers and those activities they can do to care for their own body and soul. The practices in this book come from the author’s training and her own caregiving journey. Audience members will receive the book and Fouts will sign them after her talk. The Westmont of Milpitas team will be on hand to share information and answer questions about the newest senior living community to open this fall.  Light refreshments will be served.
