Overview of California’s Health Studio Services Contract Law
All health studio contracts must be in writing. The contract may not require payments that total more than $3,000 not including finance charges (this amount increases to $4,400 on January 1, 2010) over the contract term. The duration of the contract may not exceed three years, and the contract may not require payments for longer than the term of the contract. Read on before signing any health club contract!

Milpitas Pickleball Club
Whether or not you are an MPC member, everyone is welcome to play pickleball at courts with Milpitas. Join to participate to encourage /city to improve pickleball courts, find other players, and get invites to parties.
Tennisball Cricket Association
There are about 5/6 teams that play in Milpitas. Baslog (Bay Area Sloggers) – on Thomas Russell School ground. Spanglers – on Spanglers elementary school ground. There are a couple others who play on Dixon Landing Park. Teams can register on the web site and join these teams or contact them.

Barbara Lee Senior Center

Our Senior Center Fitness Room cardio equipment includes treadmills, upright and recumbent stationary bikes, and elliptical machines.
