Clean Vehicle Rebate Project | Center for Sustainable Energy California residents get up to $7,000 for the purchase or lease of a new, eligible zero-emission or plug-in hybrid light-duty vehicle. As of June 5, 2019, funding is only available for qualified lower-income applicants, as described here.
