Career Closet
A volunteer-based, nonprofit organization that provides business attire and job counseling to economically disadvantaged women to help them gain and retain employment, advance their careers and improve family stability.

Commission on the Status of Women
The official body to which the County Board of Supervisors will refer for study and recommendation on matters relating to discrimination against women on the grounds of sex. The Commission can also recommend programs, policies, and legislation to promote and insure equal rights and opportunities for all women.
