Opened at the Great Mall, east side, near parking structure, in May 2018. Phở is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, rice noodles called bánh phở, a few herbs, and meat, primarily made with either beef (phở bò) or chicken (phở gà). Phở is a popular street food in Vietnam.

Yelp. “The food here is brilliant. Pho Hoang Van is clean, spacious, welcoming with a friendly staff and has some mighty tasty food!” It changes names and menus every couple of years. Phone number stays the same.
