Milpitas Fire Explorer Program
If you are are between the ages of 16 and 18 years old, the City of Milpitas offers many programs, activities, and services for the community. Explorers are recruited to assist in various City programs to support and supplement existing resources. Volunteer opportunities exist in all City Department and Divisions. Santa Clara County Parks Jr. Ranger Program
Jr. Ranger Programs run for six consecutive weeks, meeting one day each week for two hours and will be offered at Ed Levin park during the spring and fall. During the program, Jr. Rangers will be introduced to six different topics: Duties of a Ranger, Natural Resources, Plant Life, Wildlife, Habitats, and Ohlone Native Americans.For registration forms or more information call 846-8902 or 846-5632.

Youth Advisory Commission
Established to advise City Council on matters pertaining to youth and teens in Milpitas. Meets: 7:00 p.m. in the Milpitas Community Center on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
