Neighbors told officers they heard a woman screaming early Saturday but did not notify police. MILPITAS – A Milpitas man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of a woman who was found buried in his yard Wednesday, police said. Micah James Dovlet, 34, was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail in San Jose on Wednesday and remains in custody, Milpitas police Capt. John Torrez. said in a news release. Abel St. and Corning Av. Officer Pham and his FTO found the duo who appeared to have lost their way.
