In spite of the title, the Holi Festival has been held for many years in a Milpitas Park. Perhaps this is the first the City sponsored.
The City of Milpitas held its first Holi Festival on March 4, 2023 at Cardoza Park. Holi is a joyful and vibrant Hindu festival that celebrates the beginnings of spring. Festival attendees sing, dance, and throw colored powders at one another in celebration.
